In this small-group gathering, we’ll explore mindfulness, coaching strategies, and nature-based techniques with the wisdom of horses to cultivate inner resilience and strength. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply seeking peace, this session is for you—and ALL are welcome.

After our time with the horses, you can journal, walk the open space, or soak in the serene mountain views. Equus Insight provides the perfect setting to ground yourself, reconnect with your purpose, and restore your energy.
