Dear Reader,
As an ICF-certified coach, ongoing education is not only important—it’s essential. It’s a key part of maintaining our credentials, and it also reflects who we are: curious, creative, and open.
At a monthly breakfast gathering in Reno, a small group of us meet over French toast to talk business, share ideas, and gain insight into what we’re hearing on the ground—what our clients are grappling with and what the people we serve truly need.
It was during one of these conversations that a coaching colleague—who’s supported my journey from the beginning—had a bright idea:
“Let’s host an event altogether at Equus Insight!”
Partnering with Equus Insight and the coaching herd lovingly cared for by Melinda has been an absolute joy. We work so collaboratively that, of course, we said YES!
From there, the ideas started flowing. We quickly gathered our hive minds to hash out the agenda, group size, logistics, and pricing. As the event took shape, we realized our little coaching crew needed an official name.

Introducing the Northern Nevada Professional Coaches Collaborative (NNPCC). We’re a collective of ICF-certified coaches dedicated to supporting one another—and our wider community—through high-quality, ethical, and responsive coaching.
